DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS All wine shipments require an adult signature (21 years or older, with proper identification) for delivery. If someone 21 years of age or older will not be available during UPS delivery hours, we strongly recommend sending your order to a business address where someone will be able to sign for the package. In the event you are unable to take delivery of your wine after 3 attempts, UPS will return the package to the winery. If you wish to re-ship your order, this additional shipping cost will be billed to the purchaser. If you wish to cancel your order, you may receive credit for the items purchased, less the shipping charges incurred. Contact customer service at 800-280-9463 with any questions.
