First Course: Harvest Salad with Friendship School White or MO IPA
A vibrant mix of baby purple mustard greens, sweet pear, crisp apple, and tangy
blue cheese crumbles, all complemented by crunchy pecans and drizzled with a
house-made apple cider vinaigrette infused with McIntyre Cider.
Second Course: Cold Creek Ozark Forest Mushroom Crostini with Seyval

Artisan crostini topped with a medley of sautéed mushrooms and shallots,
finished with creamy herbed goat cheese for a delightful burst of flavor.
Third Course: Moon Dance Farms Beer-Braised Short Ribs & Autumn
Hash with Nouveau or Revelation Stout
Tender short ribs braised in Revelation Stout, served over a silky butternut
squash puree and crowned with a colorful autumn vegetable hash for a
heartwarming and satisfying dish.
Fourth Course: Cranberry & Brie Tart with Late Harvest
Traminette or Headshot Helles
