Join us Saturday, November 21 at 6:30pm, for an elegant evening of
exceptional food, thoughtful pairings, and one of our most distinctive wines:
St. James Winery’s estate-grown Norton!
Complex and rich with layered flavors of berries, vanilla,
and bittersweet chocolate, our Norton is aged in oak for 18 months, creating an
elegantly structured, full-bodied dry red wine. It’s the star of an evening
designed to celebrate its bold flavors through a carefully curated, four-course
dining experience. And if Norton isn’t your preferred pour, other wines will
also be available to enjoy throughout the evening!
The Evening’s Menu
1st Course | Prosciutto Wrapped Figs
Sweet figs stuffed with creamy goat cheese, wrapped in prosciutto, and baked
until crisp. Finished with a balsamic glaze and fresh thyme.
2nd Course | Citrus and Fennel Greens
Crisp watercress and arugula tossed with sweet orange segments and house
pickled fennel. Topped with shaved parmesan, a trickle of extra virgin olive
oil, and a splash of fresh squeezed orange juice.
3rd Course | Hand-Cut Moondance Farms Filet Mignon
Dry aged, seared to perfection, and crowned with a roasted garlic and rosemary
compound butter. Served alongside charred, grilled sweet potatoes with a light
drizzle of Blessed Bee Co hot honey for some sweet heat.
4th Course | Red Wine Chocolate Truffles
Elegant, bite sized chocolate truffles with a velvety chocolate center infused
with St. James Wineries Fiddlers Duet dessert wine.
Whether you're a longtime Norton enthusiast or simply love
discovering how great wine and thoughtfully prepared food come together, this
is an evening worth savoring!
